Why a Fontana oven?
TECHNOLOGY

Although it is a more expensive solution than the square chambers of conventional ovens, it allows a more uniform heat distribution.

During the combustion, the flame rises in the side channels of the oven, wrapping the whole cooking chamber and ensuring an exceptional heat uniformity, unlike the conventional ovens, in which the cooking chamber is heated only from below.

The bricks ensure a longer maintenance of the temperature, reducing the wood consumption and releasing the heat more softly.

The adjustable valve allows the preservation of heat for much longer, by closing it once the oven is heated and the combustion is completed.

The side panels can be removed to allow an easy cleaning even in the dish-washer.

1. at the bottom of the cooking chamber
2. sideways
This allows a perfect distribution of the heat and contributes to get drier and crispy food.

It is located in the centre of the cooking chamber and guarantees and efficent take-out of the humidity generated by the food when cooking. This allows to obtain drier and more crispy food.
MATERIALS

Weight is an important index of quality, in fact the Fontana oven is always the heaviest in its class. This argument influences the reliability of the product at high temperatures and its long lasting. The heart of the product is made of stainless steel 3 mm thick and the doors are made of cast iron.
It guarantees a total protection from weather conditions and avoids any rust.
ECONOMY
Only 4 kg wood are required to cook up to 4 different types of food. Traditional concrete wood ovens, in order to join the same performance, need at least 5 times wood. Gas or electric domestic ovens cost at least 10 times more in energy consumption.LIGHTING: oven is equipped with internal lighting at 12 volts (transformer included); VENTILATED COOKING SYSTEM; THERMOMETER; TIMER; COOKING PANS; GRILLS ON THE 3 FLOORS; SIDE AND FRONT PLATE; FIRE TOOL.
